Sonoma Room (General Session, Dinner, Reception)
Sonoma Room: 1,450 sq. feet / 24 x 56 / 9’2” ceiling
Comfortably accommodates 60 – 80 ppl. in a variety of settings. This is our largest meeting room. Its’ first floor location make it easily accessible to our other meeting space and the lobby of the hotel. With built-in granite counter tops you have the option of setting breaks or food service in the room or outside the room in the adjacent foyer. The foyer area offers large windows and easy access to the outdoors.
Calistoga Room
Calistoga Room: 615 sq. feet / 25 x 25 / 8’2” ceiling
An attractive 615 sq. feet room with beautiful credenza which features a small refrigerator, lap-top size safe, and a spacious marble top for break service (set up inside the room does not diminish the seating area). Adjacent to a foyer with large windows and easy outdoors access. Its’ convenient 1st floor location also makes it a great breakout room when used in conjunction with the Sonoma Ballroom.
Healdsburg Boardroom
Healdsburg Boardroom: 438 sq. feet / 20 x 21 / 8’2” ceiling
A nicely appointed 438 sq. ft “Boardroom” featuring; A beautiful boardroom style table, Leather Executive Chairs, Natural Lighting, a built-in screen and white board, a beautiful credenza which features a small refrigerator, lap-top size safe, and a spacious marble top for break service (set up inside the room does not diminish the seating area). Its’ convenient 1st floor location also makes it a great breakout room when used in conjunction with the Sonoma Ballroom.
Napa Room
Napa Room: 353 sq. ft / 18 x 19 / / 8’2” ceiling
Napa Room; An attractive and flexible 353 sq. feet room. Features built-in granite counters for break service (set-up inside the room does not diminish the seating area) and a convenient 1st floor location. The room is adjacent to a foyer with large windows and easy outdoors access. Its’ convenient 1st floor location also makes it a great breakout room when used in conjunction with the Sonoma Ballroom.
Sonoma Foyer
This open space area is adjacent to each of our meeting rooms. It offers a wall of windows providing natural light for all guests to enjoy during their breaks. It also features a door for easy access to the outside for smokers and/or easy load-in of any meeting materials. The foyer can also function as extra space for use in small exhibit presentations.
Courtyard (Dinner, Reception, Lunch)
Courtyard: 50 – 300 ppl
This unique area offers groups a unique setting for a comfortable outdoors luncheon, dinner or reception. Open air to the top yet protected from breezes on all four sides this great area allows for groups to get some “fresh air” and keep their energy level up for what lies ahead. With flexible set-up options and available space heaters this is a great spot for one of your group’s meals or breakouts.
Vintner’s Grill Information (Dinner, Reception, Lunch)
Vintners Grill: 50 – 90 ppl
Our great dining room area is available for group lunches, dinners and receptions. Its’ first floor location is convenient to all of our meeting rooms. This “semi-private” space offers a permanent buffet installation which highlights the presentation of our great banquet menus.
Sonoma Room 1 and Sonoma Room 2
Sonoma 1 and 2: 650 sq. feet each / 24 x 28 / 9’2” ceiling
Our largest room divides equally into two 650 sq. foot break out rooms. Comfortably accommodates 5 – 35 ppl each in a variety of settings. Its’ first floor location make it easily accessible to our other meeting space and the lobby of the hotel. With built-in granite counter tops you have the option of setting breaks or food service in the room or outside the room in the adjacent foyer.
